Day 01 : Arrive Delhi

Afternoon, sightseeing of New Delhi visiting Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, orientation drive through New Delhi’s Diplomatic Areas, India Gate, Parliament House, President’s House, Connaught Place the heart and central commercial district of the city. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi
Morning sightseeing of Old Delhi visiting Red Fort, Jama Mosque, Chandni Chowk, Raj Ghat .
Afternoon free for your independent activities / leisure / Shopping. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 : New Deihi – Jaipur (260 kms I 4- – 5 hours drive approx.)
Morning Drive to Jaipur enroute visiting CHAND BAORI (Stepwell) at Abhaneri.
Arrive Jaipur. Check-in at hotel. Rest of the afternoon free to relax/orientation drive through the city and its local markets. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 : Jaipur
Morning excursion to Amer Fort, the ancient capital of Rajputs. Enjoy elephant ride to go up the hill to reach the main Fort and visit the entire complex it encircles in its huge area on a hill top.
Afternoon, city tour of the Pink City visiting the City Palace, Observatory, Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), Local Markets. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 : Jaipur – Agra (235 kms / 4 – 5 hours drive approx.)
Morning, drive to Agra, enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted capital of Emperor Akbar built by Red Sandstone.
Post sightseeing, drive to Agra and check-in at hotel.
Afternoon city tour of Agra visiting TAJ MAHAL, Agra Fort, Itmad-ud-Daulah and drive around the local markets. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 : Agra – Jhansi – Orcha – Khajuraho
Moring, transfer to Railway Station to connect Shatabdi Express Train for Jhansi.
Meet/pick-up from Jhansi Station and drive to Orcha, about 12kms, the small Medival Town bearing the ancient Legacy in stone. After visiting the Jehangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Rama Raja & Chaturbhuja Temples, continue your drive to Khajuraho – about 4 hours drive.
Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Rest of the afternoon visit the Khajuraho Temples – the world renounced Erotic Temple Complex, constructed between 9th to 11th Century. Though the Temples are dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu and Jain Patriachs, all the temples – both internally and externally are richly carved with excellent sculptures that are frequently sensual and sexually explicit.

Day 07 : Khajuraho – Varanasi
Morning, sightseeing of remaining Khajuraho Temples and then transfer to airport to connect flight for Varanasi.
Meet / transfer to hotel. Evening – drive to the banks of River Ganges to witness the EVENING PRAYER offered to the Mother River of India, with Flaming Torches. Its an unique experience to witness this religious spectacle associated with the Hindu Religion.

Day 08 : Varanasi
Early morning, drive to the banks of River Ganges again to experience another unique spectacle associated with Hindu Religion – Boat Cruise on Ganges to witness the Sun Rise and the Bathing Ghats. Varanasi is the microcosm of Hinduism, a city of traditional classical culture, glorified by myth and legend and sanctified by religion. It attracts people not only from India but all over the world for pilgrimage and worshiping from time immemorial. Visiting Varanasi is an experience in itself, an experience in self-discovery, an eternal oneness of the body and soul.
Morning sightseeing of Varanasi visiting the Temples, Benaras Hindu University, Orientation drive through the city and its local markets.
Afternoon visit SARNATH, the hallowed spot where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon after the enlightenment. Visit the Museum having sea of information about Buddhism.

Day 09 : Varanasi – Kathmandu
Morning, transfer to airport to connect flight for Kathmandu, capital of Nepal and the only Hindu Country in the world.

Day 10 : Kathmandu
Morning, city tour of Kathmandu visiting the Durbar Square, Thamel and the Buddhist Temple of Swayambhunath, situated on a hilltop, one of the most popular, holy and instantly recognizable symbols of Nepal.
Afternoon, visit Patan to the Tibetan Refugee Centre and the famous ancient Temple of Goddess Kali, one of the most important deity of Hindu Mythology.

Day 11 : Kathmandu
Morning sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple – the most famous Hindu Temple in Nepal dedicated to Lord Shiva. Next, visit the Buddhist Monastery BODHNATH STUPA and finally on to the BHADGAON, also called Bhaktapur – the city of Devotees, the ancient capital of Nepal, with its famous Durbar Square, which featured in the famous film The Little Buddha and scores of Bollywood films. Post sightseeing, drive back to hotel.
Late afternoon, drive further up to reach Nagarkot, a small hill station around 28kms from Kathmandu, to witness the sunset in the back drop of Himalayan range.

Day 12 : Kathmandu
Morning proceed for an excursion to Dakshinkali, Kirtipur and Chovar, Chovar gorge, the only outlet for all the water of the valley. Legend has it that Manjushree, an ancient saint from China, cut the mountain with his magical sword to drain out the water from the Kathmandu Valley Lake to make it habitable. There is a small but picturesque temple of Adinath on the top of the hill with a magnificent view of the snowcapped peaks. Just beyond the gorge is a temple of Lord Ganesh. The main image of the shrine is a massive rock, naturally carved. The tour ends with the visit of Kirtipur town, perched on twin hillocks and clinging to a saddle about 5 km southwest of Kathmandu. A long flight of steps leads up to Kirtipur from the valley floor & a motorable road goes part way up the hill.
